Booking & Deposit Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit Is required to reserve all appointments. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. 

The remaining balance is due at time of service.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

One reschedule is permitted with proper notice and all situations will be taken under consideration for review.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service rate.

Serene Touch Miami proudly offers mobile massage services throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County. 

Travel within 15 miles of my base location is included in your session rate.

For locations beyond 15 miles, the following travel fees apply:

• 16-25 miles: +$20
• 26-30 miles: +$35

Travel fees will be added at the time of booking.

If a client is late, the session will end at the original scheduled time to respect subsequent appointments.

If the therapist is delayed due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances (I.e. valet issues), the full session time will be honored. 

Serene Touch Miami provides therapeutic massage services only. Any inappropriate behavior, language, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session and payment will still be required.

The therapist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at their discretion. 

Parking & Access

Clients are responsible for providing accessible parking at the service location.

If valet, metered parking, garage fees, or condominium guest parking fees apply, those charges will be added to final balance.

Please provide any gate codes, parking instructions, or building access details prior to the appointment time.

Client Preparation

Clients are responsible for providing a clean safe, and quiet space for the session. 

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or recent surgeries prior to the appointment or at the beginning of the session . Massage is not a substitute for medical care.
